1 ½ pounds salmon fillets
lemon pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup water
¼ cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Salt, garlic powder, and lemon pepper are used to season salmon fillets.
- Brown sugar, water, vegetable oil, and soy sauce should be combined in a small bowl and stirred until sugar is dissolved. Put the fish and the soy sauce mixture in a sizable plastic bag that can be sealed, then turn to coat. Put in the fridge for at least two hours.
- grill to medium heat before using.
- Grates should be lightly oiled. Put the salmon on the hot grill without the marinade. Salmon should be cooked for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until fork-tender.
