These kale chips cooked in the oven to crispiness make a tasty homemade snack. Similar to potato chips, you can’t simply eat one. great for events as well.
Baked Kale Chips
1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon flaked sea salt
- Set the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees C). Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet with a rim.
- Cut the kale leaves into bite-sized pieces by carefully separating them from the thick stems with a knife or pair of kitchen scissors. Using a salad spinner, carefully wash and dry the kale. Olive oil should be drizzled over the kale leaves and combined. Sprinkle salt over the material after spreading it out evenly and without overlap on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the sides begin to brown but are not burnt.
